Project Description
WomenSource a local non-profit who restores hope and empowers women facing unplanned pregnancies was looking for a way to make it easier for people to request information from them. They were looking for two different forms, one for people seeking their services and one for potential donors and volunteers. I created these forms using a plugin called Form Maker which allowed me to create multiple choice options directly in the forms. I then used a second plugin called Custom Sidebars to create unique sidebars per page allowing me to insert the appropriate form per page. The lead capture forms were an immediate success and requests for information started coming in the day the forms went live!
