The Mad Hatter Restaurant & Tea Room

Liz and Tim Koch, Owners of The Mad Hatter Restaurant and Tea Room were looking for a website redesign. In our first meeting I discovered they were also looking for help with email marketing, event registration, online reservations, ticket sales, and signage.  They were dealing with so many companies and points of contact it was driving them bonkers. They wished there was an easier solution…this really got me thinking. They weren’t the only client with these issues.  I was beginning to see a very real need in the marketplace for a snap on marketing department.  So we put our heads together and came up with a plan.  5 years later we are still going strong.  Their business has pivoted and morphed to handle the pandemic, supply chain issues, and staffing challenges with the support of a flexible ever changing virtual marketing department! That’s me!
