Website Updates and SEO Optimization for Empower Psychotherapy

Nicole Kerr, Owner of Empower Psychotherapy in Minneapolis, MN was looking for help finishing her website. She needed help with finishing touches, flow, navigation, image optimization, and SEO.

Nicole’s existing site was built using the SquareSpace platform and after researching the capabilities of her current template I was able to pinpoint and apply the finishing touches she was looking for to really bring her website to life.  I researched the industry leaders in the space and created a keyword list to attract the target audience.  I then wrote keyword based copy and restructured the site for effective SEO, increasing text to html ratio, adding headings, alt tags to all images, page titles and meta descriptions, a sitemap, robots.txt, and image compression.
